You’re RIGHT! Until you have your guest list count, you won’t be able to choose a venue with any confidence or accuracy. Until you know exactly how many people are coming to your wedding, choosing a venue beforehand can be a costly mistake.
When you are going to be married you start off by securing the best location available in the town. You are eager and excited to secure the most beautiful venue in the city so you jump into the planning stage before you have a complete décor plan defined!
This could end up being a costly mistake where you may end up paying thousands of extra dollars. “Ouch!”
Most of the venues are structured to accommodate limited number of head count. After that it will be very uncomfortable for yourself to accommodate you guests accordingly. This isn’t pretty.

Why do you need a Decor Plan?
There are number of things in action for the wedding day starting all the way from reception décor to Stage décor and everything in between. So in order to make it smoother you need to do a décor planning first. The last thing you want that day is to mess up right!
