So after months of giving it a thought and being skeptical that we won’t be able to keep up, we are finally trying to overcome our demons and have decided to launch our blog. Our goal through this blog is to just use it as means of interacting with our customers. Although they say that pictures are worth a thousand words, we believe that sometimes the ‘Nitti Gritty’ of the design details might be left un-noticed. We plan on taking this blog and using it to not only show you our beautiful designs that we put together for our clients but also to tell you the story behind it that a picture would never be able to tell. So to start off things, here is a little bit about us, our design team and our mission.
Our website is all about what we do, what kind of designs we provide, how “unique” we can make it for you…and on and on and on but let’s take a minute to talk about the team that makes Imperial Décor and Event Planning Inc. a winning combination. Our lead designer is Saba Kamran who in her past life was a financial consultant, was living the “American Dream” but somehow decided to just quit everything and start spending her time putting together beautiful designs for our clients. Saba always had an eye for fashion, décor and designs. She brings an immense experience of dealing with all sorts of clients in her previous job. Obviously Saba alone cannot put everything together so we have this wonderful team that includes floral designer, structural engineer, procurement specialist, photographer, and graphic designer that not only help with implementing these designs but also to document, capture and publish them. All in all it’s our design team, our creative minds and inspirations from our clients that make it all happen.
Currently we have a good mix of Indian Wedding Décor, Pakistani Reception Designs and Mandap Designs for our events in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia area.
